Ohio has dozens of cities spread across 88 counties. People arrested in any city go to the county jail that serves that area. The city police make the arrest, but the county sheriff runs the jail and keeps the inmate roster. To find someone in custody, you need to know which county the city falls in and then check that county's jail search tool.
