Trumbull County Jail Inmate Population

The Trumbull County Jail is a full-service facility at 150 High Street NW in Warren. Daniel Mason serves as Jail Administrator. The jail runs at minimum to maximum security levels and holds adults facing all types of charges. The Corrections Division falls under Major Daniel Mason, with Captain Dan Lester (330-675-7089), Lt. Tracy Wix (330-675-4048), Lt. Nicole Pascarella, and Lt. John Buch all working in the division.

The jail has a history that goes back before Ohio was even a state. When Trumbull County was founded in 1800, a temporary jail was built two blocks south of where the current one stands. After a fire destroyed that building, the present location was picked on November 23, 1815. Today the facility serves as the Adult Justice Center, providing secure housing and coordinating with courts for processing and transport of inmates.

Visiting Trumbull County Inmates

Each inmate in Trumbull County gets one 30-minute visit per week. The schedule is based on pod assignments. Monday visits cover pods 3B, 4PC, 2MH, and 4A at different times starting at 8:30am.
